- Create a scrapbook. Include pictures, cards received from friends after the funeral, written memories or special stories about the person you lost.
- Create an online memorial at www.virtual-memorial.com. There is a cost involved.
- Create a Facebook fan page for the person you lost. Post pictures and ask friends to post special memories.
- Purchase a special journal and take time to write down your favorite memories, or even write letters to the person you lost.

Memories
No matter how much it hurts to remember, we survivors need to hang on to the memories of those we have lost. There are a variety of ways to capture special memories or to create memorials. There may come a time when you want to share these memories with a child or grandchild, a friend of the deceased or even just yourself.
